Not sure which rate applies? Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your delivery address. Give us a call or send an email and we'll confirm the cost for your order before you commit.
How delivery works
Delivery times
Web orders are processed promptly and confirmed by automated email. Confirmed orders are usually delivered within 2–3 working days. Need it sooner? Add a note to your order and we'll do our best to help.
Physical address required
We can't deliver to a PO Box — a physical street address is needed. An authorised signatory must be present to sign for the goods, with identification. Deliveries can't be left without a signature acknowledging receipt.
Collect from store
Choose Collect from Store at checkout to skip the shipping charge entirely and pick your order up from our Mount Wellington store during business hours.
Automatic invoices
Invoices are generated automatically and sent straight to your email address as soon as your order is processed.
Conduit & duct shipping
Electrical conduits and cable ducts can't be sent by courier because of their length. Please collect them from our store, or we can arrange delivery within Auckland for an additional charge. Get in touch and we'll sort it out.
