Delivery Rates
How Delivery Works
Delivery Times
Web orders are processed promptly and confirmed by automated email. Confirmed orders are usually delivered within 2–3 working days. Need it urgently? Add a note when ordering and we’ll do our best.
Physical Address Required
Delivery cannot be made to a PO Box — we need a physical street address. An authorised signatory must be present at the delivery address to sign for the goods (identification required). We cannot deliver without a signature acknowledging receipt.
Collect from Store
Prefer to pick up? Arrangements can be made to collect your goods directly from our Mount Wellington store during business hours.
Automated Invoices
Invoices are generated automatically and sent straight to your email address when your order is processed.
Conduit & Duct Shipping
Electrical conduits and cable ducts can’t be shipped by courier due to their length. Please pick up from our store or arrange delivery with us — we can deliver within Auckland for an extra charge. Contact us to discuss.
